" I felt selling my home on Fawn Creek Way would be a challenge, because of the new homes being built in and around Blackstone. Steve was absolutely the right man for the job. First of all, his knowledge regarding the market was spot on, and his promotions for selling my house reached as far as the Bay area. Price was most important to me, as this would be the last home that would allow me to make a profit without paying taxes.
